Shipping

• Shipping is a flat $15 USD per order.
• Orders of $200 USD or more ship free.
• The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.

We pack and send orders within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment. PayPal orders are paid at checkout. Transfer orders are sent once your payment arrives.

If something in your order is delayed, we will email you before it ships.

You get an email when your order ships. When the carrier provides tracking, the tracking number or link is in that email and on your order page.

Delivery time depends on the carrier and where you are. Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot speed it up, but we will help you chase it if it stalls.

We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so please check it carefully. If you spot a mistake, email hello@stubbornonline.com with your order number straight away. We can change the address any time before the order ships. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you and refund the order in full.

Orders sent to another country may be charged import duties or taxes by that country on arrival. Those charges are set by your local customs office, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the person receiving the parcel.

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered and you do not have it, email us within 7 days with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will work with the carrier and either resend or refund. For anything else, see our returns policy.
